Best within 3 days. Keeps at room temperature; no refrigeration needed.
Three kinds of ginger in one cookie: ground ginger for warmth, fresh ginger for bite, and crystallized ginger for little chewy pockets of heat. Molasses keeps them soft in the middle, and a roll in sugar before baking gives them a crackled, sparkling top. Chewy by default — ask if you'd like them crisp.
Sold by the dozen.

Who We Are
Tiffany's Cottage Crumbs began with two bakers. My mom made the cookies, cakes, and pies that make a house feel like home. My dad couldn't leave a new recipe alone — cream puffs one week, sticky buns the next.
I lost them both, and the kitchen is where I still find them. Some of what I bake is hers, some is his, and some is entirely my own.
Every crumb tells a story.
