Every great story begins with a single page, and every treat at Tiffany's Cottage Crumbs begins with a single order. Nothing waits on a shelf here. Each cookie, loaf, and cake is baked to order in my Palm Coast kitchen, using real butter, family recipes, and a whole lot of heart.
So pull up a chair and browse our little library of treats. Maybe it's a crackly Pemberley Spice, a gooey Huck's Campfire S'more, or a slice of Marmee's Blueberry Loaf baked from Mom's own recipe. Choose your story, and I'll bake it fresh, just for you.

A Note Before You Turn the Page
For our readers with allergies: Our treats are made in a home kitchen that also handles wheat, milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts (including almonds and walnuts). Every story is written in the same kitchen, so I can't promise that any treat is free from cross-contact. If you have a food allergy, please reach out before ordering, and we'll talk it through together.

Every good story has a secret, and ours is tucked inside. Two soft, chewy cookies are made with three kinds of ginger: ground, fresh, and crystallized. They're sandwiched around a cinnamon-orange marshmallow buttercream. It's warm and spicy with a bright citrus finish. This is the cookie people ask us for by the dozen.

Triple Ginger Cookie
A cookie worthy of Mr. Darcy's table. Our Pemberley Spice brings together three kinds of ginger: warm ground ginger, bright fresh ginger, and tender bits of crystallized ginger. Rich molasses gives it depth. Each one is rolled in sparkling sugar and baked until the top crackles and the center stays soft and chewy. It's refined and warmly spiced, and quietly irresistible. Like Elizabeth Bennet, you may resist at first, but you'll come around. Sold by the dozen.

How the Story Began
Tiffany's Cottage Crumbs began with two bakers. My mom made the cookies, cakes, and pies that make a house feel like home. My dad couldn't leave a new recipe alone, cream puffs one week, sticky buns the next.
We lost them both, and the kitchen is where I still find them. Some of what I bake is hers, some is his, and some is entirely my own.
